The fentanyl problem has not reached epidemic proportions in Madison County, according to the coordinator for the county’s Problem Solving Courts. While Indiana ranks in the top 10 in illegally manufactured fentanyl, it’s use has ebbed and flowed. It’s the drug that killed Prince and investigators there are looking to see if he had a prescription for chronic pain.
