The FBI investigation in Muncie City Hall continues though the agency won’t confirm what its looking into. The Star Press is reporting today that people working there are in disbelief about the ongoing probe, some are disappointed and others are flabbergasted. The investigation is thought to be centered around demolition contracts and the firing of a longtime city workers who allegedly tried to get her status changed to retired to receive benefits in exchange for information about wrongdoing.
