A fallen Muncie firefighter was remembered yesterday, exactly five years after he was killed while working a fire sparked by lightning at the Tabernacle of Praise. Scott Davis died after the roof collapsed and was the first death in Muncie while fighting a fire in over 50 years. He left behind a wife and three children.
