Changes In Indiana’s Drunk Driving Law

A case at the Supreme Court Thursday is affecting Indiana’s drunken driving law. The court ruled that police must get a search warrant before requiring a driver to take a blood alcohol test, but not breathalyzer tests. The court considers the breath test less intrusive. All drivers in the US can have their licenses revoked if they refuse the breath test, but Indiana criminalized the refusal. That now goes away.
