It is becoming all too common. Muncie police arrested a young mother for overdosing on heroin with her child in a room at the Baymont Inn and Suites. She is 25-year-old Gwyn Brown, now in the Delaware County jail being held with a $7,500 bond. She’s charged with neglect of a dependent and public intoxication. The child was taken by Child Protective Services.
