More legal woes for Anderson real-estate broker Roger Shoot. He’s being sued by one of his clients for alleged breach of contract, fraud and conversion. Those are the same counts that the Indiana Attorney General’s Office identified in its 2013 civil lawsuit against Shoot. He pleaded guilty to three felony counts of theft, and one felony count of forgery.
