A former strip club license holder is asking the Delaware County Alcoholic Beverage Commission to transfer its license to Uggly’s – a bar at 1101 S. Walnut Street in Muncie. The owner says the bar won’t be a gentleman’s club; the man planning to buy it wants to build a sports bar with food & drinks and a country feel.
