Urine-tosser case reaches plea deal

An update on the urine-throwing case against a 69-year-old Winchester woman. After the woman allegedly admitted she was collecting her own urine and throwing it on to her neighbor’s house when he wasn’t there, now prosecutors have struck a deal. Jackie VanTyle had been charged with two misdemeanors and facing a year in jail. We’ll find out what the judge decides on June 15th.
