Charges have now been filed against three men in a May 6th incident where one of them ended up shot by a Muncie cop. William Jackson Jr. is charged with aggravated battery, resisting arrest and drug charges. Police pulled over his van and he allegedly sped away when they opened his door, dragging an officer for a short distance. Jackson was shot by the officer during the attempted escape.
