The proposed construction of a concentrated animal feeding operation in Rush County has prompted a lawsuit from the operators of Harvest Christian Camp for children. They want the Board of Zoning Appeals to reverse its decision to allow the project upwind and half a mile away from the camp. 1400 dairy cows would be kept on the site near Lewisville.
