A former Edgewood cop who killed a man in a crash will stay in prison after the Indiana Court of Appeals rejected his appeal for a lighter sentence than 11 years. The officer, James Foutch, has a long driving record, with 18 suspensions, six speeding convictions, three driving while suspended convictions and driving without insurance.
