Muncie police say a fight with a baseball bat over a stolen iPad ended in charges of aggravated battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Robbie Hyatt is charged after his arrest. He’s in Delaware County Jail with a $10,000 bond. According to the Star Press, he has two previous convictions for criminal recklessness.
