A Pendleton veteran has been killed in a motorcycle crash after leaving the Rolling Thunder event in Washington D.C. on Sunday. 66-year-old Craig VanBrunt came upon slowed traffic and was unable to stop. He was transported to the hospital, where he died later Sunday evening. The crash remains under investigation.
