A 53-year-old Lapel man was arrested on Sunday and charged with molesting a five year old child two years ago. Jimmy Waters Jr. is in Madison County Jail with a $10,000 bond. The child was interviewed about the alleged incidents by Kids Talk, a child advocacy center where children can report abuse.
