A New Castle woman is accused of sending nude photographs of herself to a teenager using Facebook. 46-year-old Amy Smith was arrested after police learned that a 16-year-old boy received nude pictures from her on his cellphone. She faces a felony charge of Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors.
