The man arrested in Thursday night’s shooting death of in Muncie has been released from custody. Muncie Police say it appears to them the shooting was self defense, and they’ll continue to investigate. 21-year-old Vincent Wolfe the second was killed in a car on Ebright Street near Kirby Avenue. His cousin, 25-year-old Rondell Wolfe the second was wounded.
