Police arrested James Barnett II of Hartfort City for burglary and theft charges. Deputies say the 18-year-old Barnett was part of a break-in at a home in Blackford County on East Fourth St. Another teen, Kyle VanHorn of Montpelier was charged in the burglary. Both have trial dates set for August.
