Muncie police have arrested one teenager wanted in connection with the city’s first murder of 2016. 17-year-old Mason Lee O’Neal was arrested this morning and booked into the Delaware County Jail. Muncie Police Chief Steve Stuart says he plans to charge O’Neal as an adult. Police are still searching for Marcus Earl Wilson II, in connection with the murder. Chief Stuart says they believe both O’Neal and Wilson fatally shot Rafael Rodriguez on Sunday. Police previously arrested Logan May, and Cody Buck in connection with the case. Anyone with information on Marcus Wilson II is asked to call Crimestoppers of Delaware County.
