A man set to go on trial for dealing meth was shot to death in his apartment on Sunday, and police say his ex-girlfriend is responsible. 24-year-old Ralphie Rodriguez died about two hours after being shot. Police say 21-year-old Logan Jean May went to the apartment with two men to “collect meth” that she was owed when the man was killed while they allegedly robbed him.
