A Muncie man’s family called police when he appeared to have overdosed on heroin. 30-year-old Louis Goodman is charged with possession after EMTs found him unconscious with syringes and a tourniquet nearby. He was transported to IU Health Ball Memorial, then a ride to the Delaware County jail. He’s being held under a $12,500 bond.
