Police in Muncie arrested 36-year-old Shane Libby for leading them on a chase. The man was suspected of being intoxicated, and cops had to use stop-sticks to get the car disabled, and then they used a baton to break the man’s window when he reportedly refused to exit the vehicle. He’s in jail in Delaware County and has two other drunken driving convictions.
