A meth bust in Carthage: 39-year-old Earl Nicholson Jr. was arrested after a search warrant was served on his home at 208 Market Street. Nicholson stands charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine and other meth-related offenses. He was lodged in the Rush County Jail.
