Hearings are set for today in the case of a man held and beaten in a basement by two men. One of them he’s related to by marriage. The suspects are Joseph Davis and Jason Thompson, charged in Henry Circuit Court with criminal confinement, intimidation and battery. The victim says they took him to a basement, forced him to remove his clothes and beat & threatened him. The court record shows the incident allegedly occurred on November 12th.
