A case of suspected violent domestic abuse tops our news. A New Castle man, Adam Young, is facing 9 criminal charges after an alleged two-day attack on his girlfriend. The woman said she escaped Saturday night and ran for help. Young is accused of forcing the woman’s head into an oven, threatening her with a gun and burning her leg with a cigarette. He’s in Henry County jail with a July 26th trial date.
