You’ll be seeing a lot of firefighters and fire trucks in downtown Indianapolis this week. About 35,000 firefighters from across the United States and over 50 countries are visiting for the Fire Department Instructors Conference. The convention officially gets underway with an opening ceremony this morning at the Indiana Convention Center. The event runs through Saturday afternoon.
