Charges have been files against a voter registration official for an alleged incident in the Delaware County Building. The Star Press reports that Ashley Nichols, the Democratic Party representative to the county voter office has been charged with disorderly conduct after she allegedly “stormed” into an office and, after an argument, swept the contents of a desk onto the floor. An initial hearing date is set for June 20th.
