Big changes are coming to the former King Indiana Forge and Indiana Steel & Wire industrial sites. Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler Thursday announced a transformative revitalization plan to clean up the White River and create a beautiful gateway to the City of Muncie. The Kitselman Trailhead will consist of 8 acres land and will link Indiana’s 62-mile Cardinal Greenway with the White River and the Muncie Arts & Culture Trail.
