The city of Anderson is willing to provide $42,000 immediately to the Anderson Housing Authority. A class action lawsuit complains of water leaks, mold, pests and inadequate maintenance of the Westvale Manor apartments. The six-member AHA Board of Commissioners has scheduled an executive session today to discuss the lawsuit and to develop a plan of action.
