A Muncie man’s been arrested for the second time this year for a meth lab in his home. Jason Smith, known on the streets as Lumpy, was picked up about 10 am yesterday. Drug agents had reportedly made several buys from the man. Smith is charged with several counts and has a $33,221 dollar bond. In his previous case from January, he’s facing seven charges for dealing meth and will go to trial on July 11th.
