A Muncie man pleaded guilty yesterday to drug-dealing charges in Circuit Court. Scott Estep pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on May 26th. He was charged after selling heroin twice to an undercover agent.
Another man facing drug charges failed to show up for court and the judge issued a warrant for his arrest. Dallas Wilburn, a 28-year-old Muncie man, is charged with selling heroin to drug agents last July. He has another case going to trial on May 19th for a drug case from September.
