Two New Castle men are charged with beating another, confining him and threatening his life. The two, 37-year-old Joseph Davis and 38-year-old Jason Thompson were arrested and have now bonded out of the Henry County jail. The victim was made to remove all his clothing and was beaten and threatened with a knife and a gun.
