A tentative plea agreement has been reached between the attorney representing Anderson real estate broker Roger Shoot and the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office. The Herald Bulletin reports that the details of the deal will be released later. Shoot is accused of pocketing 9-thousand dollars in rent-to-own money that was to be used for the home’s insurance premiums.
