A Tennessee woman is suing IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and a mortuary after her father’s death. The woman says both allowed non-family members make funeral arrangements for her father and have the man’s body embalmed, and that was her job. The woman is asking for damages for “severe emotional trauma.”
