A local restaurant employee stole a customer’s credit card and used it to make a purchase. That got him arrested . 21-year-old Ivan Davis was arrested after allegedly buying an $80 pair of shoes at JC Penney, and was found with heroin in his possession. He worked at Luca Pizza De Roma in the Muncie Mall. He’s in jail with a $17,500 bail.
