An Elwood man’s request to have child molestation charges dropped has been denied in Madison Circuit Court. 42-year-old Chad Hobbs was arrested in December for alleged incidents with two children that happened in 2014. Judge Mark Dudley did not explain why he denied the request for dismissal.
