A prominent real estate broker has pleaded guilty to theft from clients. Roger Shoot has agreed to a plea deal that could get him four years in prison. The Madison County Prosecutor says Shoot took money for new buyers home insurance premiums but kept that money. He’s also being sued in civil court and had his real estate license suspended. No word on when the judge will rule on the plea deal.
