A former Anderson woman originally charged with eight counts of neglect of a dependent after driving while intoxicated has been sentenced to a year of in-home detention under a plea agreement. 27-year-old Jenny Mae Karkosky, an Army sergeant now living in Louisville, Ky., successfully completed an Army-based alcohol education and treatment program prior to sentencing.
