Police say a Muncie woman took an acquaintance’s bank card and stole $1,500 from the account. 23-year-old Theresa Mullen is now charged with fraud. A local credit union security camera shows Mullen withdrawing money from the account. She is already in jail on other charges. At a hearing on Feb. 23rd, Mullen told the judge she is pregnant and admitted to using heroin.
