A Muncie grandmother is facing neglect of dependent charges for the second time in four months after her 5-year-old grandson wandered away from home while she was passed out. 45-year-old Denise Renee Seats was taken into custody and transported to the Delaware County Jail. The boy says she drinks often and he doesn’t want to live there anymore.
