A judge has ordered the mother of a man being held responsible for his infant son’s death to turn over all letters he has written to her since his August arrest, and all from the child’s mother. The man, Cory Wallace, is charged after he reportedly admitted dropping his five month son Jenson on a hardwood floor and failed to get medical treatment for the child’s head injury, resulting in death. The prosecutor says the woman threatened to burn all the letters in a recorded call to her son in jail.
