A tragic death inside the Soldier and Sailors monument in downtown Indianapolis: Indiana State Police say the victim, 41-year-old Jennifer Civitarese of Kokomo, fell on the steps inside and was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses say the woman as touring Monument Circle with her family when she suddenly collapsed.
