A 23-year-old man from Kokomo is dead after crashing his car. Witnesses say James Pruett entered an intersection, missed a stop sign and went airborne. The car rolled multiple times in a field off the roadway. Pruett wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
