The Indiana Department of Transportation has selected Ind. 37 as the route for the sixth and final leg of the I-69 extension. The decision means the state highway will be rebuilt into a federal interstate from Martinsville to I-465. An estimated 279 homes and 96 businesses are expected to be displaced by the project.
