A man with a blood alcohol level almost three times the legal limit to drive was arrested after he allegedly pointed a shotgun at another man. The incident on Monday night sent 34-year-old John Sexton of Losantville to jail. His blood alcohol level was tested at the Winchester hospital. He’s in Randolph County jail charged with criminial recklessness with a firearm.
