Funeral arrangements have been announced for a police officer who was killed in the line of duty. Services for Howard County Deputy Carl Koontz are scheduled at Northwestern High School in Kokomo. Visitation is Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with funeral services to be held Tuesday; starting at 11:00 a.m. Koontz will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo.
