Schools in Delaware County have started putting together a gang policy, following a new state mandate. The Star Press reports that all districts in Indiana must have a written policy by June, detailing how they will address criminal gangs in schools. All seven local districts in the Delaware County School Safety Commission are creating their own policy based on the state model.
