A couple involved in a huge pileup on I-69 in Delaware County last year is suing 20 other drivers involved, East Allen County Schools and two trucking companies. The couple pulled over to the shoulder to avoid a wreck during a whiteout and was struck in a chain reaction collision. They’re asking for compensation for their injuries and damages sustained in the crash.
