A man involved in an armed robbery threw a chair, cursed at the judge and fought with deputies Monday as he was dragged from the courtroom after being sentenced to 10 years in prison. The Herald Bulletin reports that 20-year-old Sirpatrick Josiah Gene Waites wasn’t happy with the judge’s decision in the case in which Waites and another man pulled a gun on a man they met in a drug deal gone wrong.
