A shooting suspect has been identified in the shooting of a 17-year-old girl in Anderson on Sunday. The suspect is Khanisus McCarter, a 20 year old known as KJ. He’s wanted on felony attempted murder charges after the girl was shot in the chest on Dewey Street. She’s being treated at St. Vincent’s in Indy.
