A group of Muncie teachers, administrators and members of the community presented a list of goals they want to tackle for Muncie Community Schools. At the public forum Monday evening, the goals presented include creating a dual-language program beginning in kindergarten, putting classes online and creating a rotation schedule for replacing technology. The group is hoping to get grant dollars to help pay for the plan.
